Worst experience ever my wife does not eat much and ordered a kids menu and she didn't get a drink they told her? who are they to tell someone what they can order or not never coming back to this place they made my wife feel so odd it was a very odd situation. Never going back ever ever...

The food they serve is cold and the meat tastes stale.the workers serve you happily but the food is not worth the price. Noodles are the worst no taste at all.

Food is good but service is terrible. When they run out off food rather than make more they give you a smaller portion and when I said that the portions were very small way smaller than the portion I usually get( I have been there ordering the same thing at least 4 times before) m, the portion was enough for one person but because I asked for 2 dinners they divided it to two, the staff rudely took the person after me and told me to go somewhere else. Very rude I will never go back.

Good portion. Not a lot of veggie selection. A tiny bit cold.

Ate here yesterday on my lunch break. Have been on the toilet ever since. Should have known better as they are always tracking uncovered raw meat thru the back hallways. It had the shortest line up on my 30 min break. Still cant keep anything in almost 24 hours later. NEVER AGAIN!

Very tasty ramen soup

Food wasn't tasty

I don't like it. I have had their rice with some chicken and beef dishes. Never tastes good. Also tried their chicken ramen noodles. Was disappointed.

Workers are bad. Gets mad at me for nut understanding their asian accent. Literally said what i wanted and asked if i want the other one. And i begged for pardon and she yelled at me.

Have had food from here in the past, wasn't overly impressed but I thought I'd give it another try. Really wish I didn't as the food was terrible! The samples they give you are juicy, have sauce and most importantly flavor. Ordered the special combo (meat, veggie and rice/noodle) as I didn't want too much. The food was bland, dry and tasted burnt. Too overpriced for the portion you get too. Many different options in the food court other than this place.

$11.5 for two meats and and rice. It didn't even fill the tray. Typical Chinese food nothing special, but portions or price need to improve. Will not return.

Horrible horrible customer service. I went there today and was asked to pay twice for my food since the receipt didn't print on their side. I spoke to the manager and she said there's nothing we can do about it. I called my bank and sure enough I was charged twice. Never ever going there again

Very good food at great prices!! But the girls working here are hella rude and racists.

Consistent with other reviews I read after eating here. They are cheap and stingy with the proportion of your meat option when you get combo 2 or 3. I've been to Yorkdale & Eaton Centre and neither of those locations literally count the number of shrimp they give you. They also serve you cold food. Would not recommend for the price because all you get is a plate full of noodles or rice. There are better options in the food court for this price.

I go there all the time but this time the broth is good as always but they only put four pieces of sliced pork and they usually put at least double the amount. Very disappointing The portion is not consistent but the price is always consistent. Will not go back

This place is really good. With an awesome chef. The food I ordered was hot and delicious. It's unfortunate when a bunch of school kids get their friends together to write a negative review because of 1 bad experience. I brought my family here instead of eating the usual jerk chicken and curry we love to eat. We are Trinis, Trust me, we know good Asian food and this place is good. Sorry kids, you're negative reviews don't help!!!

The "food" is as awful as the people who are serving it. I was with my child and wasn't able to finish the meal as the child had an accident (probably from the disgusting and cold food from there). First of the Shanghai 360 employee refused to bag my food and then she refused to give me a bigger container as my food wouldn't fit it. Gross place never going there agsin. The after taste of the chicken was if I ate a carton of baking powder soaked in grease.

Small portions, 90% of the plate is rice or noodles, and they charge you $11 for it. If I was able to sell people a cup of rice for $11 like this restaurant does I'd quit my job right now.

Super quick service if you were looking for a quick bite. Food is great for the price. Fast moving restaurant so everythings usually fresh. Iam not a very big Chinese food fan, but my son is..so we go there frequently. There are so many other options next to it like Burger King and Chipotele...so everyone in the family gets to eat as per their choice and still be in the same table☺😈👍👍👍👍👍👅

We ordered combo no 4 which we chose rice, beans, spicy shrimp and tao chicken. Not the best I’d say. Rice was flavourless, beans were ok, chicken seemed to be more of the breading pieces than actual breaded chicken pieces and those 4 shrimp that came with the order were smelly and blackish. So not my favourite to say at least. The noodle bowl was better. We chose udon noodles with beef broth, egg, broccoli and beef brisket. The brisket was perfect, definitely the best item of the whole meal - very tender and flavourful, the broth could be better because it didn’t have much flavour and it would be perfect if the egg would be soft boil. So the idea of this place is good but it seemed to me that it wasn’t executed well.

I don’t even know why I gave them a chance, I was craving Chinese. Found weird piece of plastic in my food as well as a hair. When I went to confront them about it, they acted as if I was crazy and only refunded half of my money because most of the food was eaten. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Food was nasty too. Wouldn’t even eat here for free. Avoid at all costs.

Our last meal in the City of Toronto was Chinese Food from Shanghai 360 at the Food Court. We have ordered chicken deep fried rice, spicy shrimp, and mixed vegetable. Besides that, we also had dim sum to share. The dim sum was not very fresh. It seems like staying there for so long. The Chinese food (Vegetable and Shrimp) taste was decent. Nothing too excited. The price of food was a little bit expensive.

Tried to have the soup here the girl was too occupied to serve me even though I was the only one there after waiting for 10 minutes I got frustrated and went to Chipotle’s it was fast and delicious and not frustrating, never go to Shanghai 360 unless you want to be treated badly

For my first time the food was ok. One of the staff was super nice though. And the price for the quantity left me without much to complain about... I swear their Mandarin chicken tastes the same as boubon streets.

Closest thing to Chinese fried rice that I've eaten in canada, very tasty!

The confident lady was Cheap! I paid over 12 dollars......two meat, one veg. This stupid lady was picking through the shrimp to try to give me the smallest shrimp. She explained that she is only allowed to give five pieces of shrimp but I already seen her picking through it to give me four tiny shrimp and only one big one. How cheap! The other lady was nice enough to give me two pieces of basa fish which were medium size. Good thing the noodles were good but I still remember the cheap lady picking through the shrimp to give the smallest pieces. This is square one location....earlier in the week, but I forgot the name till I went back to square one today and remembered the name of this place. My recommendation is if she does this to other people to just walk away and say, youre being cheap in how you pick through the food.

The food here is great too bad people didn't like it in the past and they started telling everyone that it's a bad place, putting bad reviews but it's really good, the food is hot and tasty especially the noodles and soup. 5 star!

Yummy dishes... Not too spicy items. Seems busy always.You will get good deals 15 minutes before closing time.

They are serving cockroaches in their new special menu item so to make sure ask for it.

Topical Chinese food. Taste is average. I would suggest other option at square one than this.

Ordered mandarin chicken with shanghai fried rice. Food was tasty, wish the chicken could have been warmer. Staff were friendly and patient when I wanted to try a piece of every chicken before placing my order. Even though I didn’t ask to try a piece of bang bang chicken, they were nice to give me one. Their customer service is much better than Szechuan Express.
